It’s a shame to rent a car in bad condition. You put my life, and others life in danger! I took a lot of videos of what happened: the bumper detached front and back detached every 30 minutes. Beside being in danger, it made my trip to be very long as I had to lower the speed and to often stop. I let you imagine the nightmare this trip was from Sofia to Bourgas and from Bourgas to Sofia. Another piece at the bottom of the trunk also detached. I also took a video if it.
The agent was honest when she delivered the car telling me that it was not in so good condition but I was far away to the real BAD condition of that car. It shouldn’t be on the road until it’s repaired. I am not a guinea… Neither a stopgap (or naive) person that will pay full price for a broken car putting my life (and others one in danger). Life doesn’t have a price… You tried to profit of the maximum whatever is the condition of the car.
I am not a client that in general complains a lot but this time your non professional and non safe behaviour made me to react.
I insist to say that I have all the proofs of what I explained in this message.
What could you propose to fix that?

Professional, smiley and honest. I guess when she said the car was not in condition, she didn’t know the real condition otherwise she won’t let le go with this car.

She tryed to overcharge for e few existant scratches. The boss told us that was nothing and cancelled the charge. Bill was nether sent ! Now i'am overcharched 180€ !!!

The car was underpowered and had very low range. Had to charge daily and even with fast charger wasted more time that I planned on. Customer service was polite, but unhelpful when I called about returning the car early and then later inquiring about keeping it longer. Rental company demanded I return by 6am, even though I was charged for the full day. If I was to extend the rental beyond 6am, I had to pay a second full day rate. Considering I had paid full price for that day, it felt like a money grab and certainly not an honest way to treat your customers. Will not book from this company again and would certainly not book a low quality electric vehicle in the future. #fail

В багажника на колата бяха паднали около 10 косъма от клетката на котето и вашият служител поиска пари за допълнително почистване. Багажникът на колата не беше мръсен изобщо. С мъжа ми махнахме космите с ръка за 5 минути. Ако давате да се превозват животни в клетка то има възможност да има няколко паднали косми от клетката, което да е приемливо. В нашият случай космите бяха много малко и аз съм много, много недоволна от загубеното време. Често взимам кола от вас и всеки път я връщам в безупречно състояние. За мен тези 10 паднали косъмчета бяха част от нормалното замърсяване на колата и не трябваше да ми се прави на въпрос. Не съм никак доволна, особено като имам впредвид че предишният път вие ми дадохте кола която в средата на периода на наемане започна да свети че има нужда от подръжка и аз трябваше да загубя от моето наемно време половин ден за да отида да й сложа масло (според препоръките по телефона на вашият служител) и да я закарам до вашият офис за да ми бъде сменена. И за това аз проявих разбиране и не направих голям въпрос. Просто не мога да повярвам реакцията на вашият служител днес при положение че колата беше чиста от нормална употреба. Съжалявам много за изгубеното време и нерви и съм много, много недоволна

The car was difficult to drive. The clutch would only bite when all the way at the top and had 46k on it.
I went back to ask for another car or another C3 but was refused and said it's not possible because I have signed. I drove another C3 to compare and it was a lot better to drive but not offered it as an alternative
In the end I was told there was no alternative so I returned the car 30mins after pickup
They did not want to make me happy and kept telling me nothing is possible

Разговор вал хамски, я стоял в очереди1 час 15 мин. Обманул со страховкой,сказал,что ничего незнает не про букинг, не про оплату. Хотел взять двойную аренду. Со страховкой я оплатил через букинг,и онсказал что это не действует и букинг обманул меня. Вообщем потерял время и 2раза пришлось оплаить страховку.

Money steelling process for no damages

I am more than 10 years cmient with top rent a car, firdt time such event! Emoilian explained that as we did not get the top rent car insurance we will have to pay a 80 eur fee for some invisible scratches, I took photos in order to sue your company in Sofia court where my friend minister will be happy to help on th process for such inacceptable behaviour; even if the crisis period partly explain that the young guy emilian is getting a bonus when he is doing such (drop of imaginery car damages) additional income for no reason. Very disapointed and I will take some of my time to publish oall documents and photos on social network, very awkard strategy to give them a bonus to the act like this!

We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes.
Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of our customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
