Svetoslav searched UNDERNEATH the car to find scratches which he claimed we did. I did not look underneath the car when I took the rental since NO other rental company ever looks there. I feel cheated.

I rented a car for two weeks and in less than 24 hrs... the car broke down for technical reasons and saying that service is due in 24 days. Car switched to safe mode and they expected us to drive to our accomodation (up in the mountains) with a car locked in safe mode driving 20km per hr. HOW CAN ONE DRIVE IN THE HIGHWAY AT 20KM PER HR? Car was changed the next day, but i had to pay accomodation for 4 persons till they brought us the replacement car and we lost 2 days of our travelling plans. Also the replacement car had the usb for satellite maps faulty.... so i also had to buy a mobile holder, when i specifically rented a car with sat mqp. This was my 5th time renting from Top Rent a Car and this is the first time i had such issues and i will not return to their service as i want to enjoy my holiday not worry about a car that should have been serviced accordingly! ⁶

I booked via on-line . I have paid a service to get a car from T2 airport to T2 airport again. I have paid 20 euros today cause I didnt drop the car at T2, not at he airport area ??? Which nothing was mentioned when I picked the car !!!
I followed what I paid for. It's my second time to rent . I had very bad experience, such a bad trick !!!

We would like to inform you that we now offer two different ways to pick up our rental cars, which are described on our website: airport pick-up after paying an additional fee or office pick-up. This is due to the increase in airport fees and rents by landlords (airports). In order to keep our prices low and continue to offer the best service at the best price, we need to make changes to our service. We at "Top Rent A Car" recommend customers to choose office pickup, thus the service is not subject to additional fees. In Sofia, you can pick up your car from our central office after a free shuttle bus ride, and the ride from the airport entrance to the office takes about 5 minutes. When making the reservation and marking Sofia-Airport on the website, 2 options are displayed: free shuttle service or pickup from the terminal (for which the given additional fee is also displayed).
We hope that this situation has not changed your overall rental experience and will be glad to see you again as our client.

I rented the car for 18 days and paid a lot of money for cross boarding fee too however the customer service was very very bad, they did not tell me about the Asian and European part of the Turkey and must pay a fee to cross the Asian part instead they decided to scam me as the customer as I have been the customer for the last 2 years. Very disgusting and disgraceful.

- e-car is definitely not adapted to travel outside of Sofia - very poor infrastructure with so long charge process (more than 3h) !
- very low autonomy of the car
- electricity charged during car return is more expensive that at charge stations - obviously nobody will spend 3 hour more to charge you the car one more time ! No sense !
- administrative charges of 15 don't exists in other european country. Why in Bulgaria ?

Scam operation with unauthorised charges made to my credit card. E24 for parking the car in the correct spot and leaving the key in the box on the counter - no service provided.
It was a long 5 week (and expensive) rental. Of course the car was dirty when I returned it! I have rented literally hundreds of cars all over the world and never been hit with such a fraudulent “cleaning” fee. What do you think I am paying the rental for? If it was 35 one day rentals you would have cleaned the car 35 times!!!
I will dispute your charge via MasterCard and unless the charges is reversed with 24 hours you can expect the internet to be covered with negative reviews.
