Need more staff at airport, as TopRent is Mo's popular car hire but only two people on desk. It took nearly an hour to get keys for a pre-arranged collection. Also, after 5 days we received a call to say we needed to collect a new insurance certificate for car. This is not great as we had to waste time to collect from Nesaebar , as advised, bit when we arrived the documents were in Burgas!! Not good

You charged me penalty fee for 30 min. delay, but I had to wait 20 minutes for repayment of my deposit.
So do I have to charge you for your delay, too?

Dear Mr. Vallaster,
Thank you for sharing your experience!
We are sorry that you've faced inconvenience upon returning the car.
When there is any damage on the car our colleagues always take photos as evidence and if there is a need we can always provide them and we add them in the protocol before each rent.
Our company has been operating on the rental car market for many years and we never charge our customers unreasonably, since our main goal is to develop our business by having satisfied customers who use our services and recommend them to friends, but not to plant fictitious evidence to our customers in order to take money from them. We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, we rely on our customers to respect them too.
Kind Regards,

There was no one there in the drop off area at Burgas Airport and it took almost an hour until someone showed up.

The processing cue on arrival was very long so despite I was a little early to my booking I couldn't leave with the car until nearly one hour later. I lost a meeting appointment I had because of this so it was quite inconvenient. More people is needed at the airport office, they are 200% overwork.

We booked airport car pickup and drop off. Arrived at the airport we were told the car had to be picked up at the head office. We would have to take the metro one station with all our luggage and then lug all our luggage along a badly paved road when it was raining!
The agent praised us for being the first customers during his 2 year electric car experience to bring back a car with 96% battery state of charge :-)

The Mokka is not recommended for people with no experience with electromobility. Without a navigation system on board you have to know which app to use (I use ABRP) Beginners should use the VW ID3

Everything is OK except administrative fee for returning without charge. I asked few times if I can pre-pay for empty battery (like pre paid fuel for petrol cars) and there was no clear answer from Hristo that I will be charged extra administrative fee even if I notify in advance.
You should make an option of a pre-paid electricity. Charging before returning a car doesn't make sense, it literally means you pay administrative fee every time.
