Very slow pick up from airport (45 minutes wait) followed by 40 minutes in queue to get car! Eventually once got car all was well! Friendly staff and return was much quicker with drop off and return to airport total 30 minutes

The car was fine, but the process was disappointing. There was no inspection with me at pickup, and I was later charged for a rim dent — something I was never shown or asked to verify. I was also not told that a full-coverage insurance option existed until return, leaving me with a €200 excess I could have avoided. To make things worse, I later found two separate charges on my card. I hope the company improves transparency and billing clarity.

Top Rent A Car is a large local company with decent cars and polite staff, but customers should be aware of how strictly they apply damage and insurance rules. There was no joint inspection at pickup, and I was later charged for a rim dent that I was never shown or asked to confirm. Also, the “full coverage” insurance option was not clearly explained until the end. Overall, it’s important to check the car carefully, photograph everything (including rims), and confirm all charges before leaving.

He was polite, but unfortunately, the company’s policy — and the way you charge unnecessary fees, such as the attempt to take 16 leva in advance for “cleaning,” or the unreasonable charge for crossing into another country — was troubling.
My questions seemed to bother him.
With all due respect, I am not obliged to accept your policies automatically.
The whole process took far too long.
He refused to print the first page of my contract, while the woman next to him did it willingly for other customers.
In short — hire only women.

Great cars but we were late by an hour due to the fact that our kid got his hand dislocated and we happened to go to hospital in Sunny beach, even then they charged us 150+ leva extra for one car ( fine + one day rent + tax) we took two cars so overall it was 300+ leva. which is nothing but ridiculous. We were never informed that there will be a late fee if we drop off late.

She was kind of rude and haven’t treated us professionally. Not considerate for the reason given. Pointed out I was late for the past drop off too. I never knew that there will be so high late fee. We haven’t quarrelled or argued just paid the fees as someone else was waiting for the car.

Не отговори на повечето въпроси при наемането на колата. Не съм сигурна дали се дължи на недостатъчно обучение или познание с услугите които фирмата предлага. Не обясни условията за предаването на колата и локацията което ми прочини неудобство и закъснение за полета он летище София.
Добро обслужване , въпреки всички неудобства пречинени от липсата на предоставяне на информация при наемането на колата.
