There was blur on back seat that was before we rent the car. No one told us about it.

Мы заплатили дополнительно за пересечение турецкой границы 80 евро, но через границу нас не пустили. Оказалось что надо иметь Болгарское ВНЖ или гражданство что бы пересекать границу на болгарских номерах. При иел. Разговоре Дарина оператор колл центра сказала что это наши проблемы. Вот такая забота о клиентах. Хотя сто процентов они владеют данной информацией, но жажда наживы важней. Поэтому аккуратней при заказе автомобиля в этой конторе. По поводу сотрудника который передавал машину, все ОК. Машина так же ОК. Осадок все равно остался

When the dates were set for our rental period, either we or the agent made a mistake in the date of return of the car. We were leaving Bulgaria from Bourgas airport on June 4 so naturally wanted the car until that time. We never noticed that the date on the rental agreement was June 3. We were contacted by the call centre on June 4 asking about the return of the car. We explained and said we would pay the extra day but would leave the car back at an earlier time on June 4 to facilitate the next renter. However, when we returned the car we were charged a penalty of two days rental on top of the extra day for which we had agreed. When we queried this we were told that we would be refunded €10. This was a genuine mistake and we do not believe there should have been a penalty. We used your company in Bulgaria before but after this experience we would not be so quick to commit to your company.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Ovearall we were satisfied with your service as usual, however I have two comments:
- the car- The brakes were emiting a constant smell from brake fluids and at the end they were making squeaky sounds the entire time during the last 3 days of our rental. So please check your cars which have over 100,000 KM.
- the return of the vehicle- When people make reservation they give exact location and approximate pick up and return date & time. However, the customer can decide to return the vehicle earlier as planned.
According to your website and Google Maps your office at Mall Galleria Burgas is open from 9AM until 7PM every day. However, according to your colleagues working there you need to Call your customer service every time you want to do something with this office and make an appointment. Then, I would suggest that you change your opening times, because they are not true.
In our case, we wanted to return the car 1 hour earlier than the planned time in the reservation and were told we need to wait one hour for your colleague to arrive at the OPEN office.
I hope this feedback helps you to improve your customer service for future clients.

Waiting time for the documents. Request payment of the whole renting but already paid to Tui.
Asking payment for the seat for children= ok
Request payment for the insurance => payment done... after that coming with extra payment for the insurance it seems... mistake in the cal ulation

Много съм разочарована от автомобила, който ползвах. Стар, износен, захабен, издаващ шумове, дори кората на багажника липсваше. Аз видях, че е модел 2014/2015, но не подозирах, че е в такова окаяно състояние. Не се чувствах сигурна. Добре, че не го ползвах за дълъг път. За пръв път такъв негативен опит с вашата фирма.

The car was good, the initial service was also good. It was however disapointing that we had to pay for a missing wheel cover, something we really did not loose or break, and which is definitly not our fault. The lady that took the car was not willing to listen really and forced us to pay 35 euro. I believe this is not reasonable and good behavior in this case. we are excellent drives and took excellent care of the car. the car was parked at the Barcelo royal beach hotel in the parking garage and very safe as well. I would want to ask my 35 euro back.We feel a bit scaammed.

not listening to our story, totally inflexible, very slow in writing the documents I needed, I almost missed my flight because of this behavior. I understand she needs to do her job, but this was really not our fault, we did not make an damage at all.
