We are sorry that you had bad situation upon returning the car.
We appreciate all our customers and cannot allow ourselves to charge them for damages or other remarks of the car without a reason.
Please, bear in mind, that smoking in the rented vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Your car was investigated in your presence and there were traces of ashes in the car. Our company has been operating on the rental car market for many years and we never charge our customers unreasonably, since our main goal is to develop our business by having satisfied customers who use our services and recommend them to friends, but not to plant fictitious evidence to our customers in order to take money from them.
We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, we rely on our customers to respect them too.

Колата взех сам, беше паркирана на тъмно така че и да съм искал да я огледам щеше да е невъзможно
Бяха ми удържани £50 за петно, с големина около две стотинки и трудно забележимо, на предна лява седалка което не е било описано в предавателния протокол. Подобни петна имаше по предна и задна десни седалки и най-вероятно петното на шофьорската седалка е същото, но са пропуснали да опишат. Жалък мошенник

Принуждение к оплате 2 общей страховки; увеличение рента в 2 раза; и требование оплаты царапины на диске - по цене 2 новых дисков в Болгарии.

Я не посоветую в интернете среди читателей FB в Израиле - заказывать у вас в аэропорту Варны машину. Увеличение цены в 2 раза вместо 423.05 левов и требование оплаты в 450 евро- это просто воровство !
Требование общей страховки в компании( тем более ранее я заплатил общую страховку в агрегаторе booking- это наглость. Требование оплаты за царапину на 1 диске - по цене покупке новых 2 дисков в Болгарии: это воровство и наглость !
Я пошлю письмо официальное от имени моей компании в агрегатор возврата денег по страховке по цене вашего требования по ущербу. Я лично направлю запрос в мастеркард- запрет платы по аренде. И отправлю официальное письмо в полицию аэропорта варны за использование кредитной карточки моей компании в воровстве моих денег !

It’s not my first time renting a car from here.Usually when I rent a car someone comes with me to pick the car and take pictures aswell but when I went to pick up the car this time no one came with me to pick up the car or take pictures.Also because I picked up the car when it was dark I didn’t realise that the car was very dirty inside and outside aswell as some damage.I took some pictures with the damage when I went to pick up but you couldn’t tell because of the dirt until after the car was washed.I have proof from the next day showing the scratch on the car aswell as how dirty it was.
When I went for drop of they inspected the car and claimed that there was not enough fuel but im sure I had enough fuel .They charged me for this.I was also charged for the scratch I didn’t do .I’m not happy with the service and won’t be coming back here again.I’ve told my solicitors about this situation as I also have proof.

Pay 97 lv for a wet spot from clotes , i tell them 10 time i can clean it it was not possible.. last time i rent by top rent a car what a bad people in varna airport.. i come every year 6 times to rent a car you can be also polite to youre quessts.. and i want my deposit for 503 lv back still now resive it on my credit card..!!!!!

Customer service on counter at burgas airport is shit! I had to wait 50 minutes for the agent to process everyones paperwork(all other people who have hired cars) , althought i was first at the counter and should have been served before any other customers paperwork to be processed. I was asked to sign paperperk by the agent without checking the car first for damages and scratches, which i find unacceptable! For me to put my signature on something which i have not checked. The agent said this is standard company procedure and again this is completely unacceptable. DO BETTER!

I was told that the car is dirty and that im not returning it in acceptable condition which again i dont is true and i have pictures. I was told to wash the car before i return it! Unacceptable!!!! Ive traveled all over the world and have never come across such poor customer service and the audacity of staff members and their attitude towards customers is very poor. None of you staff had the decency to appologise for the shit customer service i received on both ends. I will be leaving a review for all customer to see on your website!

Car was great, however, customer service was terrible. Absolute rip-off, they tried to charge me for damages on the alloy wheel not caused by me. On top of that, they claimed I was a smoker and charged me 50 euros for dust and leaves. I will not leave this matter like that.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A DETAILED VIDEO OF THE EXTERIOR AND THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR. OTHERWISE YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR ABSOLUTE NON-SENSE MADE-UP “DAMAGES” WHICH WERE ALREADY THERE.

I RETURNED THE CAR 14/12/2022 AT 21:20 AND THE DROP OFF PERSON AT -4 TERMINAL 2 TOLD US THAT HE WILL NOT CHECK IT UNTIL WE GIVE HIM 24EURO.IN FACT HE WAS WALKING AND DOING NOTHING AT ALL. THIS IS INSANE.
