From 8th of January I rented a car (B7326TM) for a long period until February 12, 2023. The Service warning lamp fixed and service spanner flashing “The servicing interval has been exceeded more 2000 kilometers”. According to the PEUGEOT handbook it means that - The vehicle must be serviced as soon as possible.
I immediately have notified your employee that there is a problem with the car, but he replied that this is not a problem and the car is in perfect condition. In this regard, the entire period of renting a car, I was in a stressful and uncomfortable state. You and I know perfectly well that this problem could be solved in 5 minutes by resetting this error or by replacing the vehicle. But unfortunately you were indifferent. I repeatedly and immediately came at your request to extend the deposit, but my requests for a solution to the problem were ignored. It is a pity that you treat your regular customers with indifference after renting a car.

Dear Mr. Nyssambay,
Thank You for your feedback.
We are very sorry to read such reviews, especially from our regular customers.
Apologize, that we couldn't exceed your expectations this time. But we want to assure you that this car, like all that you have previously rented from our company, always undergoes a preliminary check by colleagues from our car-fleet and the mechanics determine if the light is a computer error or that the car can be driven up to a certain kilometer. We would never put your life at risk and we always make sure in advance about the condition in which we provide cars to our customers.
We're sorry if this added stress to your trip. We will be glad to see you again, because you are our regular customer and we are sure that next time we will exceed your expectations!
We wish you a successful day!

I let the car fill up 30 minutes before delivery. However, the fuel gauge did not show Full. When I handed over the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle is not fully refueled. I said that I let it fill up and the fault lies with the car. I was told that an employee drives to the gas station to fill up the car, I said again that the car is fully tanked. After 1 hour I was told that the employee had refueled 4 liters. how he refueled these 4 liters I do not know, I think he has tank until it came out again at the top. Then I was told that this "servic" costs 40,- leva. For 40,- leva I can also take a taxi, I don't need a car from you and I won't rent a vehicle from their company. According to vehicle documents, the C3 has a 65 liter tank this alleged 4 liter misfiring 6%. The processing fee for refueling corresponds to approx. 25% of the rental price.

Dear Mr. Zaumseil,
When renting and picking up the vehicle, you agree to the terms that the vehicle is being rented out and must be returned with a full tank. For this reason, our colleagues expect the return to be 100%. Due to the fact that the vehicle was not returned with a fuel tank, the given immediate check was imposed, during which it was found that the vehicle can be filled with almost 5 liters. Unfortunately, for this reason, you have been charge by the conditions of the contract for the missing fuel and for administrative fee.
The information provided by you about the car is not up-to-date and can be checked in the information about the car on our website www.toprentacar.bg
If you have any further questions during next bookings or if you have any further questions, you can contact our 24/7 call center who would be happy to assist you.

Dear Mr. Lahiani,
Thank You for your feedback.
We would like to confirm that that you were not charged for the snow in the car, but for the stains you left on the back of the car. Under the terms of the agreement you signed art 28 upon return of a dirty and uncleaned car, the LESSEE owes a fee calculated in accordance with the official price list.
We understand how frustrating it is to deal with unexpected expenses, but our firm has clear rules that we follow and we expect our clients to respect them as well.
Please, do not hesitate to contact us on customer.service@toprentacar.bg for any clarifications regarding your rent.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Listengart,
Thank You for your feedback.
We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes.
Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
We are striving to improve our service and we have future projects to make the process faster.
Regarding the cleaning fee, we have been notified by colleagues that you returned the car with stains on the back seat. Our terms and conditions are clearly and accurately written so as not to leave any confusion or misunderstandings. As it was described in the rental agreement you signed when picking up the vehicle:
According to the terms of the contract that you signed, Art. 28 upon return of a dirty and uncleaned car, the LESSEE owes a fee calculated in accordance with the official price list under Art. 29.
You will receive by e-mail an official statement and invoice by our company within 24 hours.

You made me come back twice to replenish the deposit. It was said that this is a common requirement for all rentokars.I interviewed all the companies at Sofia airport, only you have such a fake. You charged me extra for the fact that I returned the car EARLIER!!! This is nonsense!!! I've been using your company for 8 years, but now it's unlikely!!! You began to rip off the client. And they lost their conscience. That's where your business will go into decline.

Dear Mr. Rasner,
Thank You for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services, as we have been cooperating with you for many years and it is not in our interests to invent fake conditions, especially for our regular clients, like you.
Since you regularly use the services of our company, you should know that the deposit must be renewed after the 25th day of rent, otherwise it is automatically released by the bank. We do not get any benefit from this, because when we make a new authorization, we cancel the old one.
Please note that you haven't been charged for returning your vehicle 5 hours earlier but for returning the car out of office hours. The Late Service Fee is described on our web site and in your rental agreement.
We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, and we rely on our customers to respect them too.
We will be glad if you change your mind about us and decide to use our services again.
