Horrible service. I will warn all my colleagues and friends not to rent a car from you.
I purchased full protection for a period of 10 days,.when the car mirror was damaged, you insisted that I go to the police station and report the damage, even though I wasted hours at the police station, they insisted that only the car owner could file a complaint.
In addition, you asked me to pay insurance again for the same period that I already paid, which is a scam !!!! Last but not least, when I returned the car, the guy at the desk told me that I needed to pay an additional payment for the broken mirror cover, the same damage that I had already been charged for. I travel a lot and rent cars worldwide and this is the worst service I have ever received.

При получении автомобиля был дружелюбен и всё объяснил.
Я спросил Дениса , если мы опоздаем на 1,5-2 часа это допустимо? Так как у нас 2е маленьких детей и всё может случиться ! Он сказал нет проблем! До 4х часов можно задержать сдачу авто! Я 2 раза переспросил про задержку , если это допустимо. Денис не сказал про дополнительную оплату!
Когда приехали сдавать авто, с нас взяли дополнительные 38€ !
Я думаю это ошибка сотрудника

We are already 5 years renting in your company.
We back and your service man request 300 ero because we passed for 1 hour to greec.
No body inform us that we cant .we assumded its union.
Nothing happen to the car and he inssist that we will get punish of 300 ero.
If somone woarn us i understand but no one warn us so why we need to be punished.

At the beginning of this rental, as in the past, our colleagues always notify our customers of their rights, including where customers can use the car. These conditions have been explained to you. They are also described on our website, in your voucher and in the rental agreement that you signed both on the front and on the back.

חברה גרועה הרכב חזר שלם ללא כל פגיעה נכנס קצת שלג שהרטיב את המושב מאחור ועל קצת מים נאלצנו לשלם 70 יורו בושה של חברה בושה של האדם שמקבל את הרכב בחזרה

We would like to confirm that that you were not charged for the snow in the car, but for the stains you left on the back of the car. Under the terms of the agreement you signed art 28 upon return of a dirty and uncleaned car, the LESSEE owes a fee calculated in accordance with the official price list.

We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes.
Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while.
We are striving to improve our service and we have future projects to make the process faster.
Regarding the cleaning fee, we have been notified by colleagues that you returned the car with stains on the back seat. Our terms and conditions are clearly and accurately written so as not to leave any confusion or misunderstandings. As it was described in the rental agreement you signed when picking up the vehicle:
According to the terms of the contract that you signed, Art. 28 upon return of a dirty and uncleaned car, the LESSEE owes a fee calculated in accordance with the official price list under Art. 29.

מבחינת הרכב היה בסדר אבל ההרגשה שעל הרגע הראשון מנסים לסחוט אותך! עשיתי הזמנה לשעה 12 בצהריים הודעתי להם שאני יגיע ב1:30 (כנראה הם שכחו שעדכנתי) כי היה כתוב בתנאי ההזמנה שיש להודיע.. משפט ראשון הוא אומר תראה הזמנת ל12 ועכשיו 13:30 אין לנו רכב אלא אם כן תשלם יותר...
וכשאמרתי לו שעדכנתי הוא היה נבוך.
אבל! לגבי החזרה לא מוזכר בתנאי ההשכרה בזמן ביצוע ההזמנה ולו מילה אחת על תשלום בגין החזרה בשעה מוקדמת! בקיצור עקצו אותי ב24 יורו

I Returned my car at 4:30 AM too terminal 1 There was no one Exit desk there was a sign that he will back in 10 minutes I was waiting there almost 40 minutes
There was a number I tried to call and it was calling at the desk. I rented Ford costume it’s a big car and it was very hard to return the car-4 parking at terminal 1

As I said before I was waiting near the desk almost a 40 minute and this guy wanted to charge me because I late as he said to return the car and he was very unkind I explain to him that there was a sign at the desk that he will return in 10 minutes and I tried to call him but he didn’t talk that cell phone with him because of him and the condition I almost late to my flight

We appreciate all our customers and cannot allow ourselves to charge them for damages or other remarks of the car without a reason.
Please, bear in mind, that smoking in the rented vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Your car was investigated in your presence and there were traces of ashes in the car. Our company has been operating on the rental car market for many years and we never charge our customers unreasonably, since our main goal is to develop our business by having satisfied customers who use our services and recommend them to friends, but not to plant fictitious evidence to our customers in order to take money from them.
We respect our customers, but we have our terms and conditions and we follow them, we rely on our customers to respect them too.
