We got around 10 minutes before take up called by Top-Rent-A-Car. We got a message that our 2 baby seats would not be delivered.
This raised for us serious problems since it is not allowed by law to drive around with small children.
Therefore we had to buy additional seats. We choosed a seat which we had before in other countries and normally would suit. Since we had a flight back home we simply also had to leave the seat in the car.
I have a photocopy of the receipt of the seat, which was 150Lev. I want to settle on a proper way the costs we had to make. You, Top-Rent-A-Car now have an extra seat avaiable which you can earn back in around 2/3 weeks of rental, for which you did not pay for. See also our earlier mail correspondence.

Told that she had reached to use also in the morning by phone. We were only called once, 10 minutes before arrival.

Extremely slow and Ridiculously Meticulous and out of proportion for what is needed. Lack any sense of customer services. Created a huge cue to the point people just gave up and move to other companies. Took him 27 minutes ( after standing 15 minutes in the cue!) to get the papers ready!!!! CRAZY guy. He kept telling me that this is his job and this is how he needs to do it.

I fulled the car twice, once at the night before the flight (early at the morning) and again (secondly) at the morning but the tank sensor showed that the car is not full, I explained this to Bogolyub but he said that he need a recipe, I didn't have it because I didn't asked for one because I payed only 2 euro at the second try. anyway the car sensor is not working properly. I even wanted to return to the gas station but when I wanted to get out from the airport i understand that i need to pay parking on the airport according to Bogolyub I should pay that too, anyway have running out of time and this lead me to pay 25 euro more then Ieeded to

Dont take the electric cars. you will not reach the next loading Station with the low electric mileage. In Varna there is a poor infrastructure of loading stations.

1 hour wait as there was no supervisor at the desk despite telling them the time of arrival. Imagine waiting with 3 little kids wife travelling all day. Also, we wanted cross border and they could not make the document before Monday. This was Saturday. Upon returning the car, we were charged €300 for crossing the border.

Child seat was missing on collection, was asked to return next day which was not possible. Was promised a delivery in 24 hours but took 5 days. Refused refund for missing days, was unable to travel and do family stuff due to lack of seat. Booster seat was also in 2 pieces and unsafe. The worst service ever renting a car in more than 20 years.

I tried to travel to Bulgaria and Turkey, but I was unable to cross the Turkish border due to missing documents and had to return.
I don't know why the documents were missing, but there seems to be a communication problem. This problem messed up my trip and doubled the cost of the trip. However, no compensation was received for the damage.
So I have no choice but to give it the worst score.

Vehicle condition and performance were superb, However, on the way home, the tire pressure warning light alarm was displayed, so I was anxious. As a result of inquiring with the rental car company, they answered that there was no problem in driving, but I was worried.
