This is second time we rented a car by your company. Generally we're so content about your service.

We rented the car to go to Turkey and sent all documents days ago. On the picking up day Mihail told us that our documents were not ready and to call your company around 7-8 in the morning to prepare them. We had an appointment at 13.00 in Istanbul so we've already booked the to go there at that time. He was so unserious. We had to go to border by car and leave it on Bulgaria in part and pass the border by foot. We had to take a taxi from Kapikule to Istanbul to be able to be there on time. We had to pay very much for transportation in these 4 days. Also Mihail told us that if we pass the border with this car we only pay a fine of 300 euros. But I think he should know that this is a criminal case passing through the border with a car without documentation. He's not a professional guy and we complained about him. Also we're waiting for a compensation for our payments because of not having the car.
Thank you.
He was so kind. We told him our problem when we picked the car and he dealed with the issue. Tried to help us and he was very quick.

I don’t like the amount of paper documents (I’d prefer online). Other than that, all was great.

Overall good service, however the pick-up and drop-off location is NOT directly at the airport, which leads to additional delays and is not mentioned anywhere.
Drop-off is more involved than some other companies where you can simply drop off the key and be on your way - have to wait for an agent to check the car and issue the refund of the safety deposit, again taking extra time.
Additionally, the security deposit is actually taken off the card and only refunded later - ideally this would only be taken off in the event of any charges being incurred.
Staff was friendly and efficient however, and the car in great condition.

If you remeber there was a big storm on the 22nd of May in Sofia. All roads were flooded and there were big traffic jams everywhere. On the way of returning the car we got into a traffic jam where the last 5 kms we could do in 1,5 hours. So we could not refuel the car. In such a force major situation you could have applied some fairness and mercy by not charging the extra fee for the refueling.
It is not about the extra 15 EUR, it is about the attitude, how a comoany handles extraordinary situations which are not the fault of the drivers.
It gave a bitter aftertaste.

There was quite a lot of water left on the rubber mats after cleaning. We had to empty the water from the mats before we could start.
