Top Rent A Car

Miroalav was very friendly and helpful to explain the details. I would be pleased to have him available next time I rent from you.
Svetoslav was very busy when I returned the cat but found the moment to keep clients waiting as short as possible to review the car. He was professional and very client orientated in his job.

he had a very rigid and inhospitable attitude. he asked 3 Lev for parking. we explained that we entered the bar with the Rent card but the ticket came out. no one warned us that it was necessary to do otherwise. we didn't have lev, but he insisted on having them. I explained that due to a very low battery problem, we lost half a day of our vacation and he replied that it was our fault because the van is new. it's not a valid answer and I can explain why. he remains unsuitable for welcoming people on vacation.
